This beautiful house would never have been possible to make without all the cc creators. I don't have a list for all the cc because that would be a terror to download them all. All the cc is included so you don't have to worry about downloading it all seperatly.
Green Harbor 733 has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/5 bathroom, studyroom, artroom, garage, greenhouse and over all a great green garden and an amazing view on the Harbor of the Spice Neighborhood! I'd advice you to place this house on the lot next to the karaoke bar, the one with the warehouse villa. I'd love to see pictures of your sims living in this house! loves, Hana (yugen.sims).
